Please use the form "Notification of a public assembly/an open-air elevator" (download on the right) and send it completed by post, fax or e-mail to the address given, observing the 48-hour deadline.

For the sake of simplicity, please also arrange an appointment for a cooperation meeting with the department ZA 1 - telephone 05251 306-1112. In this meeting, all questions arising in connection with a planned event can be discussed and clarified.
